The staff at this hotel were exceptional and went out of their way to assist. The rooms were modern and well-maintained. A variety of breakfast options were available, such as cookies and eggs. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Bonner Springs, close to stores and convenient for travel.

The staff were super-friendly. the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven, which I really enjoyed. the breakfast had plenty of options, including cookies and eggs.

the staff were welcoming and exceptional and the location was excellent right off i-70. got wheelchair accessible room with coffee and the spa tub, for example as expected.

The rooms turned out to be updated and huge with the TV, a bunk bed, the spa tub. I found the hotel's location particularly good, near to the Kansas City area as well as the Legends outlet❤

The hotel in Bonner Springs is modern and nice. The staff were welcoming and exceptional. The location is magnificent, near the Cricket Wireless Amphitheater and Topeka. There is a Mexican restaurant nearby for delicious tacos.

The location is great for exploring the area, close to the Amphitheater, Lawrence, and the outlet mall/Legends. Our room was modern and updated, with a TV, spa tub, and 2 queen beds. We had a very relaxing time at the hotel and would stay here again.

The lobby was bright, spacious, and cheery, welcoming us with our favorite colors, orange and green. The front desk staff, Paige, was professional and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance, including a vegan-friendly Mexican café. we enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express.

I had a great night's rest in a clean room with a comfortable bed and labeled pillows. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a variety of options. The location of the hotel is convenient, with nearby restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff, especially Paige, was professional and welcoming. The lobby is bright and spacious. I appreciated the convenience of having a Kuerig in the room and the makeup remover cloth in the bathroom. The vanity lighted mirror and full-size mounted shower products made me feel at home. The chair seating in the room was extremely comfortable.

The place was clean and staff were outstandingly accommodating. I enjoyed the good location of the hotel. The hotel is close to a Mexican restaurant and the Legends outlet.

the blankets were incredibly comfortable and the blackout blind was amazingly effective. the concierges were courteous and polite, making check-in and checkout a breeze. the kuerig in the room and vanity lighted mirror were nice touches, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. overall, holiday inn express exceeded my expectations and made for a relaxing holiday.

Shower handle fell off and cut my foot.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice building, very close to Lawrence, the outlet mall/Legends, and the NASCAR racetrack. The room was spacious and modern, with a spa tub for relaxation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food, including cookies and eggs.

Convenient location, within walking distance of everything around. The queen room was impressive and the beds were super cozy 😊.
